Group Class Options!
Puppy Preschool: $150 per dog
Requirements:
Ages 6 months and younger welcome
Vaccines: Age-appropriate vaccinations
Description:
In this 5-week class we will be focusing on giving you a strong foundation with your puppy! Our main focus points will be:
Crate training
Potty training
Socialization
How to avoid mouthing, jumping, counter surfing, and other unwanted typical puppy behaviors
Sit
Down
Leash manners
Come/name recognition
Place
Dog to dog introductions/social time (based on temperament of the dogs in the group)
We will finish out this class with a graduation day fun run socialization course encouraging our puppies to be confident!
Elementary Intro Obedience: $150 per dog
Ages 4 months and up
Description:
This course is our entry level course (unless you started with puppy preschool). It is required that you start with this class before moving onto any of our other classes to ensure you and your dog have the foundational skills and to set both of you up for success!
This is a 5-week course that takes place at a local park (will be announced with the dates) focusing on:
How to properly reward your dog/focus on treat timing
Loose Leash Walking
Sit
Down (verbal & hand gesture)
Intro to Place (sending them to it & them staying on it)
Recall into a sit
Heel
Stay
Drop it
This class lays the foundation for ALL classes after it so it is IMPERATIVE to do your homework after each class in order to be successful
Freshman Obedience: $125 per dog
Requirements:
Ages 6 months & up
In order to attend this class, you need to have graduated from our Elementary Obedience classes
Vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Negative Fecal Test
Description:
This is a 6-week class will expand on everything you learned in your Intro class! It will focus specifically on introducing your dog to distractions so we can focus on gearing up for an outing to Lowes for our last class!
Some of the specifics we will be working on will be:
Extended Down Stay-settling in a down & not being antsy
Downing quickly- recall your dog and put them into a down
Heel with auto sit
Place from a distance & settling on place
Adding distractions into all commands (sit, down, stay, heel, come, and place)
Lowes trip on graduation day
You have the opportunity to be invited to Adventure Club during these classes based on your skill level!
Dean’s List Classes: $100 per dog
Requirements:
Ages 6 months and up
You must have graduated from the Elementary & Freshman Obedience Classes
Vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Negative Fecal Test
Description:
This is our 4-week all-star student package! It is designed to truly test your dog’s obedience on leash! We will have four different outing locations to put your dog’s obedience to the test! This could be parks, stores, breweries, trails, or events!
